Quick’n Easy Appetizers for Keeping it Simple!

When company is coming and you have to come up with yummy snacks fast! I always have a can or two of cannellini beans in the pantry so next time your at the store grab a few cans because this recipe is so easy and delicious!

Cannellini Beans: 1 can drained & rinsed, 1/2 to 1 shallot depending on personal taste, Tbsp olive oil, 2 Tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar are my go to), dash of garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toast up a baguette and you’re good to go!

Tomatoes: Container of fresh cherry tomatoes diced, 1/2 shallot, fresh basil (about 5 leaves chopped), Tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper. So fresh, so easy!
